At Sans Limites, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

No Returns Accepted

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sanslimites.sl.info@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video clearly showing the damage/defect

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a refund.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will pay the shipping costs.

Conditions

  • The damage must be reported before the item is used.

  • Refunds will only be accepted if we confirm the issue.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sanslimites.sl.info@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Customer misuse or damage after delivery
